The beginning of the year started slow, but seems that CRM contract market is really recovering compared to last year.
This month of course the release of CRM 2011 and also the release of online version. I am very curious how it will develop. My only concern is the service, who gonna help you when you got stuck?
So, partner hosted is still good option for companies who like to have additional (native) support. I still here 'rumor' that we still have to wait for partner hosted CRM 2011, so we will see how it develop.
Currently also involved in beta process of Scribe Online propositions, which replicated cloud data to your on premise sql server for BI purposes. It looks very interesting.
